Brett Stevens
President & CEO
Brett brings over 20 years of experience in manufacturing operations, information technology, and business leadership and is focused on building a stronger, more capable manufacturing organization. Since joining American Alloy in 2013, he has helped guide the company’s significant growth, expanding its manufacturing footprint and capabilities to better serve customers. He is passionate about developing people, improving processes, and continually growing American Alloy’s capabilities to meet evolving customer needs and take on increasingly complex projects.
Dawn Aschenbrenner
Human Resource Director
With more than 30 years of dedicated human resources leadership, Dawn spearheads workforce strategy at American Alloy. Her career is defined by an expert command of employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits administration, and organizational development. Dawn’s approach bridges the gap between business objectives and human capital, utilizing strategic workforce planning to build resilient teams. She remains deeply committed to supporting employee growth and cultivating an environment where engagement and positive workplace practices drive overall organizational success.
David Conard
CFO
With over 30 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and manufacturing operations, Dave brings a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to run an efficient, successful manufacturing business. Throughout his career at American Alloy, he has helped guide the company through significant growth and organizational change, with a focus on improving processes, strengthening financial visibility, and creating efficiencies across the business. Dave is passionate about simplifying operations, making it easier for teams to do their jobs, and creating a seamless experience for customers.
Lucas Haugen
EVP of Sales and Marketing
Lucas brings over 25 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, business development, and commercial leadership, combining technical expertise with global business experience. He focuses on expanding strategic customer relationships, developing new markets, and strengthening commercial processes to support long-term growth at American Alloy. Lucas has previous experience directing global industrial manufacturing growth initiatives, strategic aerospace customer programs, North American business development, and global project management in senior leadership roles across the manufacturing industry. He focuses on aligning customer needs with manufacturing capabilities to build lasting partnerships and drive sustainable growth.
John Schiermeister
VP of Operations
John brings over 20 years of experience in manufacturing operations, lean manufacturing, and organizational leadership. With a background leading multiple manufacturing facilities, he focuses on improving efficiency, developing strong teams, and driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, and production performance. He has been recognized with the Bronze Star and the Order of Saint Maurice for his achievements and excellence in manufacturing operations.
