Systems You Can Rely On
Count on American Alloy for dependable cooling-water and closed-loop fluid system fabrication. We fabricate and assemble piping, valves, pump connections, frameworks, racks, pipe supports, spool supports, and other components into complete assemblies built to your specifications.
Our capabilities include MIG, TIG, robotic MIG/MAG, spot, and stud welding, supported by AWS welding certifications to D1.1, D1.2, D1.3, and D1.6. We fabricate with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other weldable alloys, with piping capabilities up to 8.625″ diameter in Schedule 40.
Before shipment, assemblies can undergo in-house dimensional inspection, visual weld inspection, magnetic particle inspection for carbon steel, and hydrostatic pressure testing to help verify fabrication quality and identify issues before they reach the jobsite. Material Test Reports (MTRs) and full dimensional reports with hydrostatic testing documentation are available to support project requirements, giving you greater confidence in the finished assembly.
